Invited audience
The invited audience will come from the States participating in the 5th Framework RTD Programme, which includes all the EU Member States, New Accession States and Associated States. Each State will be asked through the Environment Programme Committee of the EU DG Research to send 2 delegates to the meeting, both of them at the interface between science and policy.

Besides the national delegates, the meeting is open to BioPlatform members, representatives of international organisations in the field of biodiversity research and conservation and invited speakers. Greek scientists, active in the field of biodiversity research, will also be asked to participate at the plenary scientific meeting.
