We invite you to participate - physically or virtually - in a series of Information and Networking Events on two key EU-India cooperation calls under the EU-India Trade and Technology Council (TTC):

 Call 1: Marine Pollution
Topic: HORIZON-CL6-2025-01-ZEROPOLLUTION-05: EU-India Cooperation on Cumulative Impacts of Marine Pollution on Marine Organisms and Ecosystems
• Focus: Marine pollution including microplastics, heavy metals, and persistent organic pollutants
•  Deadline: 17 September 2025
• Co-funding: EU (€12M) + MoES India (₹90 Cr) - MoES Call Guidelines

 Call 2: Waste to Renewable Hydrogen
Topic: HORIZON-CL5-2025-02-D2-08: Coordinated Call with India on Waste to Renewable Hydrogen
•  Focus: Cost-effective and clean hydrogen production from waste
•  Deadline: 2 September 2025
•  Co-funding: EU (€10M) + MNRE India (₹90 Cr) - MNRE Call Guidelines

The events are co-organised by the EU Delegation to India, EURAXESS India, with support of MoES, MNRE, Government of India, and in cooperation with ESS0-INCOIS, ARCI-CSEM, IIT Bhubaneswar, BCKIC Hydrogen Valley Innovation Cluster, IISER Kolkata, TCG Crest RISE, and IIT Kharagpur Research Park (tbc).

• HYDERABAD (29 July), 10.30am IST – Waste to Renewable Hydrogen @ ARCI-Centre for Solar Energy Materials (CSEM)

• BHUBANESWAR (30 July), 10.30am IST – Marine Pollution @ IIT Bhubaneswar
• BHUBANESWAR (30 July), 3.00pm IST – Waste to Renewable Hydrogen @ BCKIC-Hydrogen Valley Innovation Cluster

• KOLKATA/MOHANPUR (31 July), 11.00am IST - Marine Pollution @ IISER Kolkata
• KOLKATA (01 August), 11.00am IST - Waste to Renewable Hydrogen @ TCG CREST-Research Institute for Sustainable Energy (RISE)
• KOLKATA (01 August), 2.30pm IST - Waste to Renewable Hydrogen @ IIT Kharagpur Research Park (TBC)

 Participation Guidelines:
•    Open to: Researchers, faculty, and startups working in relevant fields
•    Not open to:  Master, PhD  or Postdoc students
•    Free of charge, but registration is mandatory
•    Indicate your mode of participation (physical or virtual) during registration
•    Limited in-person and virtually slots – early registration advised

 Pitching Opportunity:
Limited slots available for short presentations. Priority will be given to:
•    Project coordinators seeking partners
•    Experts offering relevant expertise
